From advice, product provision, location security, event security to personal bodyguards.

After an exploratory meeting, we will look at a suitable solution for your request.
Clarifying agreements are made with regard to the work to be performed and the rates. After this conversation, a quotation will be issued. If the quotation is approved, a work instruction will be drawn up in consultation with you upon delivery of security guards. This work instruction creates clarity for you and the security guards.

If desired, you can get (possibly daily by e-mail) a very extensive and detailed report of the work performed and any details.
At the end of the contract period, we will jointly conduct a final evaluation with you.

Universal Sound Projects is door hun samenwerking met diverse gerenommeerde beveiligingsinstellingen in staat u een beveiligingsproduct op maat te leveren.
Van advisering, productvoorziening, locatiebeveiliging, evenementbeveiliging tot personal bodyguards.

Na een oriënterend gesprek, wordt gekeken naar een passende invulling voor uw verzoek.
Hierbij worden helderende afspraken gemaakt met betrekking tot de te verrichten werkzaamheden en de tarieven. Na dit gesprek wordt er een offerte uitgebracht. Indien de offerte akkoord wordt bevonden, wordt er bij levering van beveiligers in overleg met u een werkinstructie opgesteld. Deze werkinstructie schept duidelijkheid voor u en de beveiligers.

Indien gewenst kunt u (eventueel dagelijks per e-mail) een zeer uitgebreide en gedetailleerde rapportage tegemoet zien van de verrichtte werkzaamheden en eventuele bijzonderheden.
Aan het einde van de contractperiode zullen wij gezamenlijk een laatste evaluatie met u houden.
